What Tables Are Excluded from ServiceNow Backups?

When backing up your ServiceNow instance, the following tables are excluded from our backups to preserve your instance performance and reduce backup time. These tables were selected because they contain system data or non-mission-critical data that is not crucial to backup. Excluding these tables allows backups to complete within a reasonable timeframe and reduce overloading the ServiceNow platform.
