Specific tables may fail to backup with Own Recover Connect due to the following error:
This error occurs when the total record size for a row is more than 32 MB. This is related to a known ServiceNow platform limitation and the current workaround is to decrease the record size below 32MB. When encountered, Own falls back from Own Recover Connect to the Table API v2, and users may see records changed or removed within Smart Alerts or the Backup History. This is due to ACL checks between Own’s API and the Table API.
