By default, we exclude from backups Knowledge Base Articles and Custom Big Objects, and include History, Share, and Feed Objects. You can configure the backup to include Knowledge Base Articles and Custom Big Objects, and exclude History, Share, and Feed Objects to reduce the backup duration, data security, or because you do not need them in the backup.
