Updating Archive Security Control for Hyperforce Customers

    Salesforce is migrating customers from their private clouds to AWS public clouds. Security of the package has changed, and we can no longer support IP Allowlisting. (See here for more information on Salesforce Domains and IP Addresses for Allowlisting.)

    A new security control, which works together with the package, must be enabled.

    Customers will see the error: "Salesforce has migrated your Org to Hyperforce."

    To enable the Hyperforce settings:

    1. Navigate to Settings.

    2. Filter by typing in "Custom metadata type" in Quick Find.

    3. Select "ArchiveSetting" Label.

    4. Scroll down to Page Layouts, and click Edit.

    5. Drag the "Active" field to the layout, and click Save

    6. Navigate back to the ArchiveSettings label and click Manage ArchiveSettings.

    7. Next to the "Archive Use MTLS Settings, click Edit.

    8. Select the Active checkbox.

    9. Click Save
