Secure Tab Loading Issues with Hyperforce

This article provides troubleshooting steps for a Hyperforce Org that is experiencing issues loading feature tabs. A record needs to be created for the Domain Override Custom Setting. Perform the following:

1. Navigate to the Setup menu.
2. Search for and select Custom Settings.
3. Locate the “Domain Override” setting on the list and click the “Manage” link next to it.
4. Click the “New” button above the Records list.
5. Provide a name for the new entry and check the “Enabled” checkbox.
6. Enter the current My Domain URL in the URL field. The URL must start with “https://”. Ensure there are no trailing slashes at the end of the URL.
7. Select Save.
