Own uses Snowflake for internal enterprise reporting needs. Snowflake is not leveraged in the Own Customer Data environments. There is no link to Customer Data in Own's usage of Snowflake.
Own has performed an investigation into its Snowflake instance(s), following the guidance provided by Snowflake, and there are no indications of inappropriate access. Own previously configured its Snowflake instance(s) to limit access and force multi-factor authentication, which prevents the attacks that have been reported. Own is currently reviewing the other preventative controls provided by Snowflake to ensure Own aligns with their best practices. Own will continue to monitor the usage of the platform and report any changes as necessary.
