How to provide Apex Class Access permission for Standard Archive Users

Apex Code provides functions that need to run the Archive Manage Package. The Apex Code is a programming language created by Salesforce that is used on the Lightning Platform API.

1. Go to setup -> Permission Sets.
2. Select “New”.

3. Give the permission set name and API Name.
4. Select "Save".

5. From the Permission Set Page, select “Apex Class Access”.

6. Select “Edit”.

7. Add all the classes That start with “OB_Archiver.”
8. Select “Save”.

9. From the Permission Set Page, select “Manage Assignment”.

10. Select “Add Assignments”.

11. Select the Users you want to give access to.
12. Select “Assign”.

13. Select “Done”.
