Salesforce Refresh Troubleshoot Action

    NOTE: This article applies to Archive Package 18.02.0 or above.
    To make use of all the latest features and updates, we recommend updating to the latest version of  Archive.
    For package 17.18.0 or older, please see the following article here.

    Once you refresh your Salesforce org, your Archive service may need to be re-authenticated.

    To do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Archive Configurations from the App Launcher.

       

    2. Delete the OB_URL record 

    3. Go to the Archive home page.
    4. Refresh the page.
      The screen opens 

       
    5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
