Salesforce Refresh Troubleshoot Action

    NOTE: This article applies to Archive Package 18.02.0 and above.

    This article is also relevant to customers with Sandboxes displaying a message "Organization is inactive".
    This message indicates that you are prevented from accessing the Settings in order to re-authenticate. Follow the refresh steps below.

    For package 17. 18.0 or older, please see the following article here.

    Once you refresh your Salesforce org, your Archive service may need to be re-authenticated.

    To do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Archive Configurations from the App Launcher.


    2. Delete the OB_URL record 

    3. Go to the Archive home page.
    4. Refresh the page.
      The screen opens 

    5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
